Catuaba (Erythroxylum Catuaba) - 30g
In herbal medicine Catuaba has a long history of usage as an aphrodisiac. The Tupi Indians in Brazil first discovered the potency enhancing qualities of the plant and over the last few centuries they have composed many songs praising its wonders and abilities. It stimulates sexual drive and increases libido in both men and women. It stimulates blood flow to the genitals, it can strengthen and prolong an erection, it enhances sexual excitement and gives more powerful orgasms.
Shortly after ingestion most people will feel a tingling sensation along the spine and a sensual feeling all over the body. The skin and genitals become more sensitive. It is very suitable for giving your love life a special impulse.
In Brazil a standard infusion (bark tea) and an alcohol tincture are employed. Recommended usage is reported to be 1-3 cups of an infusion daily or 2-3 ml of a standard alcohol tincture twice daily.
Boil 1-2 tablespoons in half a liter of water for 15 minutes to get 2 cups of tea. When taken on an empty stomach the effects will occur in about half an hour.
