All orders are sent with plain discreet packaging.
Last post is 3pm Monday to Friday.
Postage is FREE for orders over £75.
For orders under £75 we charge a flat rate £4 for postage. 1st Class Recorded for UK and Airmail for Overseas.
In the unlikely event that the goods you receive from us are faulty or of the wrong specification, please notify us immediately and we will arrange a refund or exchange of the goods. The refund will be carried out as soon as the goods have been received and checked.
Unfortunately we do not refund or exchange any used products. Any used products returned will be disposed of upon receipt.
We also do not refund or exchange any research chemicals, ethnobotanicals, salvia or any products that come in sealed bags. Opened products are considered used and non-refundable.
Polatzo Head Shop runs a 100% no hassle guarantee & in accordance with the law, you have a 7 day “cooling off period” from the date of your order in which you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund minus any transaction costs. Should you choose to cancel within this period we will refund your payment in full minus any transaction costs and including postage if the item has not been sent. This does not affect and is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.
